Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing the activities of external appraisal offices providing services to the organization and its clients.
• Reviewing and approving appraisals received from external appraisers.
• Providing professional support to the mortgage department, branch teams, and other organizational units.
• Delivering professional opinions on real estate financing transactions, with a focus on credit risk evaluation.
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support business units.
• Driving transactions forward while maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Active Real Estate Appraiser certification – Required.
• At least 4 years of practical experience in real estate appraisal – Required; preference for experience with collateral for banking credit.
• Bachelor's degree – Required.
• Experience in the financial sector – Advantage.
