Recruiter

An American-headquartered life science and clinical research company is looking for a Recruiter.

As a Recruiter you will join an international team as a and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide variety of roles across Israel, the Middle East, and Africa.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent for roles in manufacturing, operations, leadership, and corporate positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience and help us achieve our talent goals.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and conduct strategy meetings.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal CRM systems.
• Conduct telephone screenings and facilitate interview panel discussions.
• Build talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Promote our Employer Brand and EVP through TA technology and social media.
• Use ATS and CRM tools (Workday preferred) to track and manage candidates effectively.
• Participate in recruitment-related projects to improve processes and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in an international recruitment function, with a focus on diverse roles by function and seniority.

Skills:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Fluent English & Hebrew Language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/CRM systems.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
• Background in science industry recruitment is a strong advantage
