Business Intelligence Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BI Development Manager to join a leading financial organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a talented development team and make a significant impact on our organization’s business intelligence capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 7 skilled developers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Development Oversight: Plan, monitor, and control end-to-end development processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• DevOps and Process Management: Manage development workflows using TFS (Azure DevOps Server), version control, continuous integration, and DevOps pipelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including trading desks, alternative investments, research, and risk management, to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
• Strategic Contributions: Drive the adoption of best practices, streamline processes, and contribute to the strategic vision of the BI infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience:
• 3–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer – required.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in React, SQL, MSSQL, WPF, C# – required.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET – advantageous.
