Head of HRIS

Our ITC (Information Technologies Center) is looking for a Head of HRIS.

What will you do:

• Responsible for managing human resources systems, such as SAP HCM, employee files, recruitment, learning, performance evaluation, and more.
• Collaborate with the Human Capital Headquarters in managing and monitoring work plans, managing requirements, examining and implementing off-the-shelf systems, systems analysis, and managing information systems development projects for human capital.
• Build an annual budget and work plan, along with managing ongoing routines and quarterly/annual status reports for the VP of Human Capital and the CIO.
• Act as an integrator for human resources to carry out tasks towards other professional/business areas within the ITC organization.
• Build and manage budgets, annual work plans, and a multi-year business plan.
• Work interface with clients, technological personnel, and senior management.

What we’re looking for:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Israeli citizenship.
• At least 5 years of experience in employee management and working with headquarters units in an organization.
• Experience in information systems development and project management.
• Experience working with models in SAP HCM.
• Experience in implementing purchased information systems in an organization.

Additional Criteria:

• Experience in negotiations with software vendors.
• Experience and work using the Agile approach.
