Ops Spot is a RevOps agency specializing in automation, CRM management, and business operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot. I help businesses optimize processes, enhance performance, and achieve their goals through integrations, reporting, automation, and consulting.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with me to implement and optimize automated processes, primarily within HubSpot.
• Build and maintain integrations between various tools like Make, Zapier, Apollo, Aircall, and more.
• Analyze data and create operational reports to support business and client decisions.
• Document, streamline, and manage business processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide hands-on support for internal and client projects, ensuring smooth execution.

What I’m Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A passion for business operations, automation, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with data.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a big plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• A self-starter with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
