Role Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Data Engineer to lead data pipeline design and workflow automation. Success in this role means building scalable systems that ensure data quality, optimize integration, and deliver actionable insights. This position is integral to advancing Quancilla’s data-driven solutions and overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Automate workflows to streamline data collection and analysis.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data across systems.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement data solutions.
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance for reliability.

Qualifications

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MSc/PhD preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in data engineering or analytics.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Python and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data frameworks is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts, including linear algebra
