Data Scientist

A startup company in the diagnostic field (oncology) has developed a product that, using a simple blood sample, helps doctors identify the potential response of advanced-stage cancer patients.

The role is within the Data team, focusing on developing and optimizing Machine Learning models, performing analyses, and analyzing clinical data. The position involves working closely with expert teams to gain insights and make clinical decisions.

The company has been around since 2017, with 30 employees in Israel. The product is already on the market, and there is a sales team in the U.S.

The company’s offices are located in Binyamina, near the train line, with one day of work from home.

Requirements:

• PhD in a quantitative field (CS, physics, mathematics, bioinformatics, engineering etc.). Outstanding candidates holding MSc with extensive experience will be considered.
• Strong background in (mandatory): Data science and machine learning
• Supervised and unsupervised learning Statistics and probability
• Programming in Python
• Scientific and technical writing in English
