C++ Software Engineer Team Lead

A successful high-tech company developing the next generation of cellular communication systems for 5G modems based on advanced software and hardware accelerators is looking for a senior leader.

The position is in the Mobile Broadband team and involves leading one of the company's most central software products.

The role includes managing and leading a team of 10 engineers, with a Hands-On approach to end-to-end development, including verification in a simulation environment and on FPGA according to the testing plan.

The position also involves working with other teams and taking responsibility for defining the software architecture of the product and implementing it with the development team.

The company is based in Herzliya, with a hybrid work model allowing two days working from home. The company has about 500 employees, 300 of whom are located in Israel.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 5 years or more of experience as software group leader (including team-leaders and with ~ 10 engineers).
• Proven experience in Firmware/Embedded Software development and delivery & communication standard experience.
• Hard worker willing to face continues daily challenges and high-volume scale activities with multi projects execution.
