We are seeking a talented Jira Admin Confluence to join our team in a large company in Central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Administer, configure, and maintain Jira instances, ensuring optimal performance and availability
-Manage Jira workflows, issue types, custom fields, and configurations to meet the needs of the organization
-Work with teams to configure and optimize Xray for effective test management and reporting
-Use Easy BI and Advanced Roadmap tools to generate reports, dashboards, and roadmaps for project tracking and decision-making
-Provide support and training to users, ensuring proper usage of Jira and related tools
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Jira configurations, permissions, and integrations
-Assist in the integration of Jira with other enterprise tools to streamline workflows
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Jira Admin
- Experience working with Xray for test management in Jira
- Proficiency in using Easy BI and Advanced Roadmap tools
- Expertise in configuring and customizing Jira workflows, fields and schemes
- Experience in managing permissions, users and security settings in Jira
- Knowledge of Jira integrations with other tools and systems
