Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Global IT Helpdesk & Security professional at Rivulis Irrigation in Gvat. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service support to employees.
Qualifications
- Network Administration and Information Technology skills
- Troubleshooting and Network Security expertise
- Customer Service orientation
- Experience in IT helpdesk support
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a global company is an advantage.
