Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through various platforms, including phone, email, chat, social media and e-commerce channels such as Amazon and Shopify.
• Resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally.
• Track and update customers on requests, returns, or repairs.
• Maintain high level of knowledge of Kamedis products
• Educate customers about Kamedis products, simplify product options, and recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, marketing) to enhance service quality.
• Generate and analyze service performance reports.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure timely issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew & English).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) – an advantage.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a knack for building strong customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the dermocosmetics industry – a bonus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
