Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (near the train station)

About the Company:

ARBITRIP is a growing startup in the travel technology industry. We are passionate about providing our customers with the best possible travel experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide effective and efficient problem-solving and support to customers, suppliers, hotels, and internal teams.

Improve customer service and experience through behavior and activity analysis.

Assist in product design by analyzing customer feedback and creative thinking.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service/customer relations roles.

Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills (spoken and written).

Very high level of interpersonal skills and service awareness.

Experience working with computer systems simultaneously.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different teams.

Must be available full-time, Sunday - Thursday,
