Responsibilities

• The OPS Technician will provide front line communications, monitoring, support, diagnosis, resolution and coordination with specialized support groups, utilizing multiple various network monitoring tools to ensure the viability of our clients network, while responding to a variety of hardware and software issues.

Qualifications

 Experience with Windows/ Linux Environments.

Experience with Web Server Apache/ Nginx.

Familiar with AWS / GCP.

Working with Open Source systems.

Experience with Firewalls/ IPS/ WAF.

Experience with Zabbix/ Nagios.

Providing phone/email support to clients.

Advantages:

Bash/Python scripting.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA / Red Hat Engineer.
