Job Description:

Globalix Real Estate is seeking experienced investor recruiters to join our team for acquiring income-generating properties abroad. Thanks to a unique partnership with asset receivers, we offer our clients purchasing opportunities at prices 45% below market value, prior to public listings.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting investors for real estate acquisitions of various scales, starting from €100,000 to €1 million and beyond.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with private investors and investment funds.
• Providing information on investment opportunities and property value enhancement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in investor recruitment and the real estate sector.
• Direct and high-level access to investors and funds.
• Ability to respond quickly to investment opportunities.

• בניית קשרים ישירים עם משקיעים פרטיים וקרנות השקעה.
• הצגת הזדמנויות השקעה ודרכים להעלאת ערך הנכסים (השבחה).

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון מוכח בתחום גיוס משקיעים ונדל"ן.
• נגישות ישירה ואיכותית למשקיעים פרטיים ולקרנות.
• יכולת תגובה מהירה להשקעות הדורשות נזילות מידית.

תנאי המשרה:

• חצי משרה עם גמישות בשעות ובמיקום.
