Position Overview

Pheno.AI is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and managing our Salesforce ecosystem, which serves as the key component powering Pheno clinics around the globe and the heart of our data collection process. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce with our engineering and product teams, driving the success of global projects, and enabling the collection and management of clinical data at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop both backend and frontend components within the Salesforce ecosystem, including LWC, Aura, Apex, and VisualForce.
• Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce tasks and projects, from requirements definition through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of full-stack software development, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into a full-stack development team and ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Clearly articulate complex technical concepts in both verbal and written communication, fostering collaboration across teams.

Qualifications and Capabilities

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience
• A track record of independently leading projects from concept to production.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, VisualForce, and SOQL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third parties using REST APIs, and other methods.
• Deep business understanding and genuine passion for the product potential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Additional Considerations

• Knowledge and experience in other programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java, with the ability to work on integrations with third-party software and tools.
• Willingness to contribute to development work outside of the Salesforce ecosystem using Python and React, as needed.
• Experience working in a global, customer-facing environment is an advantage.
• Experience with a product with multiple orgs is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Location

Our office is based in Tel Aviv. Three days a week working at the office is required.
