👉We are looking for a Full Stack Team Leader to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

📌Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to develop our next-gen web applications.

📌Collaborating with the product team, UX designers, and other R&D teams to secure our deliveries.

📌 Assume complete ownership over key areas of our platform, including code quality, time estimations, deployment to production, and monitoring.

📌Take an active part in the team’s efforts to deliver the best solutions for our services.

📌Manage, recommend, and execute infrastructure improvements and stay ahead with new technologies and best practices.

What we require:

- At least 2 years of experience in managing full-stack teams

- Extensive experience in the design and development of web-  applications

- At least 3 years of experience in client-side development with React

- At least 3 years of experience in server-side development with Java

- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is preferred)

- Experience with Linux environment and containers (Docker)

- Experience with Agile development, effort estimations, and timelines management.

⭐A Stand out candidate will have:

- Experience with Spring boot

- Experience with NodeJS 

- Experience with Micro frontend architecture

- Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
