As a UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for transforming product-related tasks into intuitive, user-friendly, and brand-consistent designs for a diverse global audience. This role requires close collaboration with your multidisciplinary team throughout the design process - from crafting creative design assets to building high-fidelity prototypes with clear front-end instructions.

You will be part of the Product Design team, working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Analysts, Engineers, and QA teams. Together, you will create innovative, user-centered products that delight our users.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with brand identity, design principles, and integrate design systems to maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Create creative design assets that enhance the user experience. Use visual design skills and tools to engage iconography, micro-animations, video effects, illustrations, and more.
• Define the user-centered interface for new and existing company products and features.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas and detailed development instructions.
• Assess the usability of new and existing products and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
• Advocate for best practices in localization, accessibility, SEO, scalability, and ease of maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communication), Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization, with 2 years of experience leading design projects and creating usable digital interfaces.
• 1 year of experience working with executive leaders.
• Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centered design process, thrive in ambiguity, and conceptualize new ideas.
• Strong visual design sensibilities as they relate to applying a brand to digital experiences.
• Ability to present multiple design options, gather feedback from various business stakeholders, and quickly iterate on new design solutions.
• Brilliant problem-solver, quick learner, self-starter with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as Web Apps (HTML, CSS, Responsive Design) and Mobile Native (Android, iOS).
• Highly professional with the ability to deliver high-quality work. Passionate about design, emerging trends, products, and technology.
• 5 years of experience in a related field.
