Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing advanced manufacturing software solutions, including PDM, DNC, and MDC, across multiple countries. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of manufacturing software solutions, such as DNC (Direct Numerical Control) and MDC (Manufacturing Data Collection), in various international locations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Provide technical support and training to clients during and after implementation (remotely and onsite).
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturing software and industry best practices.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Applicants with practical experience in the field, such as PLC and ladder programming, without a degree, will be considered as well.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience with manufacturing software solutions (DNC and MDC).
• Experience with CNC machine communication protocols.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting manufacturing software solutions.
• Experience with network setup, including Ethernet and serial communication.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
