Development Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Team Lead to join our Cloud team in a managerial and hands-on role. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your team in developing complex features with high quality and on time.
• Manage developers and QA personnel, including overseeing processes and tasks.
• Supervise development routines using Scrum methodology.
• Lead and contribute to the design of complex features.
• Develop high-quality solutions for a widely used product with a rich UI.
• Focus on delivering iterated, short time-to-market releases.
• Work closely with product managers, other team leads, and company stakeholders.
• Oversee all parts of the system, including APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and front-end.
• Research and integrate new technologies, methods, and tools.
• Manage escalated support cases and address critical product or system issues.
• Foster growth and development within your team and the company.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent).
• Experience:1+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Team Lead.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Technologies:Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Methodologies:Proficient in Scrum and Git.
• Advantages:Experience with AWS, MongoDB, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Skills:Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
