We are currently hiring for two key positions:

1. Senior Urban Designer with Master Planning Experience

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Urban Designer with strong expertise in master planning and a deep understanding of local zoning laws (TABA) and regulations in Israel. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our mixed-use and metropolitan projects, ensuring they align with both innovative design principles and local planning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop master plans for complex urban and mixed-use projects.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of local zoning laws to inform project design and development.

• Collaborate with internal teams, municipalities, and stakeholders to achieve project approvals.

• Establish zoning documents in collaboration with key planners in a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in urban design, with a focus on master planning.

• Proven knowledge of local zoning (TABA) and planning regulations in Israel.

• Strong portfolio showcasing master planning and urban design projects.

2. Senior Architect with Permitting Expertise for Large-Scale Developments

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Permitting Specialist to lead the permitting process for our large-scale developments in Israel. This role requires extensive knowledge of the Israeli permitting system, with a focus on navigating complex approvals for major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the permitting process for large-scale, high-profile developments.

• Liaise with planning authorities, municipalities, and other regulatory bodies.

• Provide strategic guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

• Develop timelines and strategies to secure permits efficiently and effectively together with key planners and project management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in permitting for large-scale developments in Israel.

• Deep understanding of Israeli planning laws, regulations, and permitting procedures.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with regulatory authorities and project teams.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
