We are looking for an R&D Group lead to join the R&D team.

What's The Job

As a Group leader in the R&D you will have the unique opportunity of responsibility to a major core part of Novidea’s product. In this position, you will:

• Lead 3-4 engineering teams through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.
• Mentor and advise your team leaders in managing their teams, integrating good development practices and processes around code review, programming methodologies and more
• Recruit and mentor new team members.
• Working in an Agile environment
  
  

What You Have

• 2 years of managerial experience – leading at least 2 team leaders.
• Practical experience in development of complex web-based systems.
• Experience in JAVA, C# or any other backend programming language
• Practical experience working with DB and SQL.
• Writing design documents and technical specification documents.
• High logical & Analytical abilities. excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
