What's Guardio?
Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime.
We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.
Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people), on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our Growth team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.
So what’s the job?
We’re looking for a talented, data-oriented, and creative Growth Product Manager who will focus on product communication, to join Guardio's Product Growth Team.
You will:
- You will be responsible for one of our most strategic missions: optimizing the experience and monetizing a key user segment for Guardio.
- You’ll design, build, and optimize user journeys, product communication and conversion efforts, while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Identify business opportunities by conducting detailed data analysis, bringing the users’ voice to the table, and advocating for their experience.
- Work closely with a wide range of teams, including Product, Data, R&D, Design, Content, User Acquisition, and Customer Support.
Well, you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:
- 3+ years working as a product manager on a B2C hi-tech product, working on user journeys or marketing automation.
- An entrepreneur's state of mind, self-driven, with a built-in passion for kickstarting efforts and achieving goals
- Expertise in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests, user communications and user journeys to optimize conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Data-driven and goal-oriented, with experience working hands-on with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) to understand user journeys and derive insights.
- Demonstrated communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Fluent in writing and speaking in English and Hebrew.
