Back End Developer

One of our clients, an innovative AI startup, is seeking a Backend Engineer to join their team.

The company's main goal is to revolutionize the field of direct sales and eCommerce through AI-powered solutions.

This high-impact role offers the opportunity to influence product decisions while working closely with the CTO. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in developing integrations to connect with customers, building features to enhance the platform's functionality, and creating ETL processes for data transformation and management from various sources such as REST APIs and S3. You’ll collaborate with the data science team to automate data flows and support machine learning models with seamless data availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrations to connect the platform with customers.
• Build features to expand the functionality of the platform.
• Design and implement ETL processes to manage data from various sources.
• Collaborate with the data science team to optimize data pipelines for machine learning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong back-end focus.
• Proficiency in NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in API integration, webhooks, and event-based architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Experience building ETL processes for large datasets.
• Frontend development experience using frameworks like Vue or React.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
• Experience in early-stage startups or similar fast-paced environments.
