As an HPC Field Applications Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of high-performance computing. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, optimize their HPC applications, and provide expert technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Application Optimization: Optimize HPC applications for maximum performance on cutting-edge hardware.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Training & Education: Develop and deliver training materials to educate customers on best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and customer satisfaction.
  
  

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and/or Fortran.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of parallel programming models (MPI, OpenMP, CUDA, OpenACC).
• Familiarity with HPC software stacks, including compilers, libraries, and schedulers (e.g., SLURM, PBS).
• Experience with performance optimization techniques, profiling, and tuning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
