Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth Through Personalization: Leverage advanced data science techniques to improve the conversion rate for free and trial users, increase paying subscriber renewals, and enhance user engagement.
• Immediate Impact on KPIs: Develop and implement advanced data science models to optimize website performance, ensuring measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and trial conversion rates.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, data engineering, and data analysis teams to deliver personalized features and functionality that align with business goals.
• Model Deployment: Build and deploy advanced personalization algorithms and data pipelines in production environments, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  
  

• Educational Background: Advanced degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, particularly in developing and deploying advanced personalization algorithms in a dynamic environment.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proven experience implementing models in production, preferably using AWS or SageMaker.
• Advanced Python programming and SQL skills.
• Domain Knowledge: Direct familiarity with stock market investing is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
