Computer and Information Systems Engineer

Job Description:

-Installation, maintenance and management of Windows Server servers, virtualization system and AD.

-Responsibility for the faculty's storage and backup systems.

-Installation, maintenance and operation of personal computer equipment and peripherals.

-Support on information security issues.

-Maintenance, support and upgrade of systems to support teaching and research existing in the faculty.

-Establishment of new systems in accordance with the faculty's requirements.

-Providing service, support and training to unit users in the use of applications and computing issues.

Required skills:

-Relevant education in the field - mandatory.

-Knowledge and experience in information systems management - an advantage.

-Proven experience and in-depth knowledge in installing, managing, supporting and securing information in Windows, MacOS and Linux systems.

-Good understanding of computer communications and network services such as DNS, DHCP, etc.

-Experience in project management - an advantage.

-Knowledge in SharePoint, Azure, ATP.

-Knowledge in writing scripts such as Python, Bash, PowerShell.

-Ability to self-study new topics in areas of responsibility.

-High service awareness, high work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.

-Full command of Hebrew and English, including high ability to express oneself in writing and orally.
