SFDC Admin & Billing Operations

A company that unlocks real-time insights for better visibility, accuracy, and efficiency for high value crops is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Billing Operations and SFDC Admin to join its team.

This position plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing its Sales and Finance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Salesforce, sales operations, and ERP systems, with a preference for NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) to support the sales team’s operations.
• Oversee billing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to external regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to improve workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Administer and troubleshoot Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, and system integrations.
• Leverage ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, to manage billing and financial data, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Develop and deliver regular reports to provide actionable insights on billing, sales operations, and revenue trends.
• Maintain data accuracy, enforce security protocols, and follow best practices for Salesforce and ERP integrations.
• Manage the reporting center for sales operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales operations, with a focus on streamlining processes and ensuring data integrity.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
