Team8 Stealth Mode Startup– Platform Validation Engineer

Your Role Will Include:

• Collaborating with the QA team to design, develop, and maintain cross-team E2E tests, ensuring platform stability, quality, and performance.
• Assisting in validating result data sets from complex ETL processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Supporting the QA team in prioritizing and planning test development based on key product goals.
• Working closely with Core Engineering and Research teams to align on design, test coverage, and execution strategies.
• Enhancing and utilizing automation tools and libraries, such as Playwright utilities, under the guidance of the QA team.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience with TypeScript.
• Proven experience with API-based test automation (e.g., REST, WebSocket, or similar protocols).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with QA methodologies and test automation.
• Ability to work across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on testing objectives and execution.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on quality, stability, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Playwright (a strong advantage).
