What will your job look like?

• Building integrated work plans and their ongoing maintenance.
• In-depth familiarity with project management and control in the development and testing domain.
• Risk management, bottleneck analysis, and critical paths.
• Synchronizing work interfaces in a multi-knowledge and engineering environment.
• Deep understanding of economic aspects, pricing, project expenses, and revenues.
• Budget planning and control from the proposal stage through continuous reporting to project completion.
• Creating comprehensive project status reports and providing insights to management and clients using well-known project control tools in the market.
  
  

• A B.Sc degree in industrial engineering and management or economics, with over ten years of experience in managing technological projects - a must-have.
• At least 3 years of experience as a PMO in large organizations – a must-have!
• Good familiarity with SAP or a similar large-scale ERP system.
• Knowledge of planning and lean control methodologies (Agile/Lean/Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with planning and control tools such as Ms-Project/Primavera - mandatory.
• Experience in consulting firms or defense organizations is an advantage.
• Experience working with financial interfaces, development project managers, and senior executives within the company.
• Strong leadership, excellent business and financial understanding, systemic vision alongside analytical skills, outstanding interpersonal communication, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
