We are looking for a Development Manager with proven experience in leading teams and projects in the DevOps/software domain, with the capability to guide a team and manage DevOps infrastructure development in a secure cloud environment.

Role Overview

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a DevOps team responsible for delivering cloud as a service.
• Development Management: Oversee development processes using multiple languages, including Terraform, Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
• Agile Implementation: Apply Agile methodologies using Agile management tools.
• Vision and Strategy: Develop a technological vision and strategy for cloud solutions within the unit.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop professional teams.
• SRE Leadership: Lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) domain in the cloud.
  
  

• Experience: At least 5 years of technological experience, with a focus on DevOps or leading software teams.
• Tool Development: Experience in developing and writing tools.
• Agile Methodology: Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Version Control: Experience working with GIT.
• Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work with various professional stakeholders.
