Job Description

• Monitor and control the progress of NPI – material availability, logistics coordination etc.
• Report progress and discrepancies to project leaders
• Attend and organize relevant meetings and reviews at department level to synchronize processes, KPIs, reporting etc.
• Plan and report on the availability of technical documentation with technical departments (R&D, Engineering, etc.)
• Manage delivery schedule of prototype materials, including order release, confirmation and expediting
• Initiate and coordinate activities of Logistics, Procurement and Engineering groups to resolve late prototype deliveries.
• Define planning parameters in the ERP system to allow a smooth planning process (MRP for example).
• Provide the impact and effect of engineering Change Requests from development and determine necessary actions.

What will you do?

• Responsibility for NPI products, planning and supervision from the initial steps of a project to order entry to delivery
• Follow up on and update product ECOs and their effect on availability and progress.
• Synchronize between the different needs of Production, ENG and Purchasing.
• Work with several different interfaces within the company – R&D, Planning, Purchasing, Engineering etc.
• Plan department report – NPI progress, parts availability at global level etc.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations or BA with more than 2 years of working experience in Planning.
• Excel - high level
• English – High proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work well with cross functional teams
• Ability to multitask under dynamic and uncertain conditions
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated completing challenging tasks
