Supplier Ǫuality Engineer

Replacement for maternity leave

A temporary position for about 6-7 months, from February 2025.

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the following priorities:

• Provide timely business support for the Source Ǫuality Management function.

• Lead, develop, and implement supplier/purchasing controls and associated activities including Approved Supplier List management.

• Collaborate with suppliers and business partners to ensure robust materials, products, processes, and systems.

• Collaborate with teams from various departments to investigate and resolve/prevent supplier-related issues, ensuring smooth business operations.

• Identify areas of opportunity, communicate supplier risks, and drive the resolution of supplier quality issues.

• Manage changes, including notification, assessment of impact, approval, and qualification of materials/suppliers.

• Analyze quality data and lead discussions to drive resolution and optimize supplier performance.

• Collaborate with operations on process/product improvement projects.

• Prepare Supplier Ǫuality Agreements and drive discussions with suppliers.

• Develop and implement a Ǫuality Risk Management process for supplier- related matters.

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored metric information that aligns with the business environment.

Requirements:

3- 5 years of related experience in Ǫuality, Engineering or related discipline. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Strong in root cause analysis skills.
