Job Description: Co-Founder – Robotics and AI

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Co-Founder to spearhead our AI and robotics efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be a key contributor to an early-stage startup and directly influence the company’s direction, vision, and technological advancements. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker with the technical expertise and drive to turn theoretical advancements in robotics and AI into tangible, real-world solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of cutting-edge robotics and AI solutions.

• Collaborate to define the strategic vision and technical roadmap of the company.

• Research, prototype, and implement advancements in robotics, computer vision, machine learning, and AI.

• Develop algorithms that enhance robot autonomy, functionality, safety, and adaptability.

• Work closely with the founding team to build scalable and efficient robotic systems.

• Build a robust technical foundation to attract investment and partnerships.

Requirements:

• MSc or equivalent experience in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.

• Experience implementing research into practical applications.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• A passion for robotics and a keen interest in cutting-edge technology development.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and collaborative working style.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
