About the team and role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. You will manage resource allocation across teams, work closely with PMs to plan and execute sprints, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects aligned with organizational priorities.

To be successful in this role, you need hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, working with agile development teams, and driving successful project delivery from planning to completion.

What you'll do

• Oversee project execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and goals are met across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to plan, prioritize, and execute project sprints effectively.
• Manage resource allocation, balancing team capacities to maximize efficiency across multiple projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track and report on project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Business stakeholders.
• Serve as the key point of contact for updates, aligning internal and external stakeholders on project statuses and priorities.
• Implement best practices and frameworks to optimize project management workflows and delivery processes.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology-driven companies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple teams (including R&D, Product, and Design).
• Experience with agile methodologies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and familiarity with sprint tools like Jira or Monday.com.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in resource management, including balancing team workload and capacity.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• A team-first mentality with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in project risk management, including identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
• Fluent English speaker and writer.
  
  

• Experience in managing mobile and web application projects.
• Familiarity with vision care, healthcare, or B2B2C product ecosystems.
• Certification in project management frameworks such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar.
