The team is made up of Technical Training Developers and Trainers. We produce learning solutions and knowledge-sharing opportunities for customers and partners. Our content helps technical teams quickly become proficient in understanding, using and maintaining the Akamai-Guardicore Segmentation and the API-Security products successfully

Help us develop best-in-class learning programs

As a Course Developer / Technical Trainer, you'll join a growing team. You will create various technical training and documentation materials and deliver training events. You will collaborate with other teams and colleagues across Akamai on formulating and realizing our training programs.

As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for-

• Collaborating with subject matter experts and members of the Akamai-Guardicore / API-Security technical teams (Product Managers, Developers, Services Experts)
• Creating content for instructor led training (ILT) and e-learning courses, teaching users about new procedures, technology, software tools, and best practices
• Creating, updating and improving existing online courses, interactive labs and workshops
• Conducting instructor-led training and train the trainer events
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have 3 years’ experience as a Technical Trainer building enablement programs or similar role and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Networking, Security and Course Development
• Demonstrating working with the latest methodologies of course development and instructional design, and Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
• Have a dvanced technical skills in e-learning, Experience with LMS, Camtasia, Murf.AI, and Articulate Storyline / Rise360 - an advant
• Exhibiting technical knowledge in Networking and Cyber Security solutions
• Demonstrating hands-on experience in deploying, configuring and troubleshooting software and networking solutions
• Understanding Cybersecurity Segmentation and API Security - an advantage
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in business and technical English
• Have can-do approach, Be a team player, out-of-the-box thinking
• Have a good ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments to meet deadlines on time
