Product Manager - Sweepstakes/Social Casino

BettingJobs is excited to work with our client in their search for a dynamic Product Manager to work on their new sweepstakes casino product. This can be remotely based.

Originally founded in 2021, our client has quickly grown to become a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle for our sweepstakes casino platform, from ideation through development to launch and beyond. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
• Develop and optimize features that increase player engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You’ll be working on daily spins, special challenges, surprise bonuses, and other features to create a fun and immersive environment.
• Use analytics and player behaviour data to make informed product decisions. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive KPIs around user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and maintain a smooth user experience.
• Stay updated on trends within the iGaming, sweepstakes, and social casino industries. Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Ensure the platform can scale effectively, using in-house developed cutting-edge technology. Partner with tech teams to ensure the stability, security, and performance of the platform.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on sweepstakes or social casinos.
• You are passionate about casino gaming and have a deep understanding of sweepstakes mechanics, community engagement strategies, and player retention.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and improve product performance.
• You’re familiar with scalable technologies and best-in-class payment solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with a knack for working cross-functionally to bring innovative ideas to life.
• A creative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on enhancing user experience and driving engagement.
