Job Descriptio

nWe are looking for a System Engineer with a can-do approach to join our R&D division in SpearUAV, a fast-growing innovative startup in the field of ISR loitering munition systems

.You will be responsible for the System Architecture as the company scales up and for performing analytical as well as hands-on system engineering work along the way.

In this role you will take a major part in all project phases and will be responsible for end-to-end design process of SpearUAV systems and products, starting from requirements and architecture definition, through the development, integration and validation and verification of the system, moving to serial production, and delivery to the end user and implementation in the field

.You will work closely with all Spear divisions such as: Product Division, Program Division, Business Unit as well as with all R&D teams (SW, HW, Mechanics, etc.), and will be the technical authority for backing deep technical liaison with customers

.You will be the one to analyze the customer needs and translate it into system design documents for all the R&D, Engineering and Technical teams. • s:Outlining and managing the system architecture based on the system requirement
• s.Planning and executing the integration and V&V phases of the company’s systems, both in the laboratory as well as in the field, to prove the system performanc
