About the job
SOX:
- Coordination of SOX-related work and its various processes.
- Monitoring, assisting and maintaining ongoing communication with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and project timelines.
- Working in coordination with the company’s external SOX consultants.
- Ongoing monitoring and real-time reporting on SOX findings to the Corporate Controller.
Additional areas of responsibility:
- Monitoring the implementation of internal audit reports and tracking the implementation of recommendations.
- Assisting the company's Legal Counsel in regulations and enforcement matters.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – advantage.
- Graduate of the big accounting firms – mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience in SOX – full SOX knowledge, 404 compliance – mandatory.
- Up to 4 years of experience after internship.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High ability to work in an organized and structured manner with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Part-time position – 50%. The job is in Tel Aviv, with a hybrid work model
