DevOps Manager

We’re seeking an experienced DevOps and SRE Team Leader to join our IT Production team at AvaTrade. Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of DevOps professionals, fostering collaboration and driving improvement.
• CI/CD Optimization – Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Automation and Infrastructure Management – Automate infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Monitoring and Reliability – Monitor performance, resolve critical issues, and enhance system reliability using tools like Datadog.
• Hybrid Platform Management – Manage hybrid environments (on-premises and AWS), ensuring cost-efficiency and performance.
• Collaboration Across Teams – Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams for seamless delivery processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience and 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, AWS services, IaC (Terraform), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong coding skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and familiarity with observability tools
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.s
