Embedded Software Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Embedded Software Team Leader to take charge of designing and delivering advanced software solutions for networking technologies. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Define and lead the architecture and implementation of embedded systems, with a focus on Linux internals and system boot processes.
• Ensure systems are robust, scalable, and optimized for high-performance networking applications.

Software Development:

• Lead the development and debugging of embedded software in C, with an emphasis on kernel modules and system-level programming.
• Optimize software for reliability, security, and low-latency performance in complex networking environments.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and performance through detailed reviews and adherence to best practices.

Team and Project Management:

• Oversee project lifecycles from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution of milestones.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hardware and firmware engineers, to align technical efforts with product objectives.
• Mentor team members, fostering professional growth and technical expertise within the group.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in embedded software development, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Proven expertise in C/C++ programming for embedded systems, with a solid understanding of Linux internals, kernel development, and cross-compilation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of networking protocols, router architectures, and low-latency systems.
• Experience in leading projects in agile environments and delivering results within tight timelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
