We are seeking a talented and data-driven Head of Acquisition Marketing to manage and optimize paid campaigns. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, ensuring efficient scaling to meet ambitious business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage significant digital marketing budgets across social media and Google Search campaigns.
• Define and execute strategies for digital acquisition.
• Test and onboard new acquisition channels across mobile and web.
• Provide actionable reporting on performance marketing activities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative teams to drive campaign excellence through a test-and-learn approach.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in user acquisition marketing.
• Expertise in social media and Google Search Ads.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of attribution models for mobile and web.
