Minimum qualifications:

1. Senior full-stack Java developer with 4-6 years of experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3. Strong proficiency in mathematics and statistical modeling
4. Proven ability to design complex systems end-to-end
5. Expertise in asynchronous and event-based programming (RXJava experience is a plus)
6. Hands-on experience with AWS deployments and environments
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Comprehensive understanding of capital markets and trading mechanisms

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in algorithmic trading
• Experience working in a start-up environment
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a bonus
