About The Role

The Admin Platform team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity, access management (IAM) and role-based access Control (RBAC) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

As a Fullstack you’ll work at the heart of our platform, enhancing user authentication and authorization processes, optimizing API gateway performance, and contributing to a highly scalable, mission-critical system.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of identity and access management (IAM) and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions, ensuring seamless and secure experiences for our users.

You will have an opportunity to lead end-to-end feature development, tackle meaningful problems, and grow alongside a passionate, supportive team dedicated to your success.

We are utilizing Node.js, Typescript, Angular.js, React.js on AWS to build and maintain a complex microservice system.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and development of scalable IAM and RBAC systems to meet enterprise-scale requirements a
• Own end-to-end features: collaborate with product managers to define requirements, lead technical designs, implement solutions, and be responsible for full SDLC rollout.
• Utilize user management best practices to ensure enterprise readiness for our large scale customers
• Collaborate and contribute as an integral member of the team
  
  

What Skills And Experience You’ll Bring To BigPanda

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, with expertise in full-stack development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and building large-scale backend systems.
• Experience in developing web applications using React, Angular, or Vue
• Ability to drive technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions.
• Experience in developing and maintaining distributed systems
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring and supporting team members.
• A proactive mindset, constantly looking for opportunities to innovate and improve systems.
