What You’ll Do:

• Optimize Production Processes: Design and refine manufacturing assembly workflows, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
• Empower Teams & Partners: Provide training and technical support to internal teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Influence Product Design: Partner with NPI leadership to give DFX feedback, enhancing product manufacturability and reducing costs.
• Lead Engineering Changes: Manage and implement critical changes, focusing on technical details and configuration management for top-tier quality.
• Innovate Production Tools: Develop, qualify, and document advanced production tools, contributing fresh ideas for improved assembly solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Practical Engineer experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Proven expertise in electro-mechanical assembly, PCB integration, and cable routing.
• Strong grasp of mechanical drawings and production processes.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skill in prototyping, tooling development, and assembly troubleshooting.
