Application Support Specialist

Job Description:

Operational responsibility and application support for the organization's core systems.

Providing service, handling, and following up on internal user tickets and external vendors – understanding processes, initiating and executing automation for ongoing monitoring and operations.

Working with interfaces such as infrastructure, information security, development teams, and QA.

Performing routine controls, handling, and investigating issues.

Full-time position, availability for overtime is required.

Job Requirements:

• Technical studies/courses – required
• At least one year of experience providing support for application information systems in an organization – required
• Experience with SQL – required
• Experience writing scripts in various languages – required
• Experience in implementation and providing solutions using automation tools – a significant advantage
