Software Engineer (Real-Time)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced real-time software developer, for a central role in our Radar software development team, working on highly challenging algorithms and architectures. The position involves working with the radar Algo and H/W teams for software development, designing, coding and testing of real-time algorithms on edge, catering for H/W-S/W interfaces, data flow management and more. This is a full-time, hybrid role, primarily located in Rehovot, Park HaMada, next to the train station.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the software design from early design stages to the full system testing
• High-throughput data flow processing design and handling
• Implementation of radar processes and algorithms on edge (NVIDIA® GPUs)
• Profiling, identifying bottle necks and optimizing the processing pipeline using CUDA
• Leading the software validation and deployment processes

Qualifications

• B.Sc in computer science, S/W engineering or Electrical engineering or similar.
• M.Sc - advantage
• 3-4 years industry/military experience in real-time S/W development over LINUX.
• 1-2 years’ experience in algo implementation on GPU in CUDA
• C++ & CUDA experience – a must
• Python proficiency (Sklearn, NumPy, SciPy) – advantage
• Automotive/Robotics/Radar/MedTech systems experience – advantage
• Understanding of automated driving sensing, perception, sensor fusion, localization, geo-mapping, navigation – advantage
