DevOps Manager

A Cyber Security startup company assists Enterprise and Big Data organizations in addressing security vulnerabilities. They develop a platform that integrates with various cyber tools within an organization whether in the cloud, applications, or internal networks centralizing findings into one place. The platform helps SOC teams prioritize and manage security gaps collaboratively with Development and DevOps teams.

The company is funded with $70 million from top venture capital firms and completed its latest funding round at the end of 2023, enabling further growth and support for its numerous clients.

Located in Tel Aviv near Menachem train station, they offer a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days (Monday and Thursday).

The company has 100 employees, the majority in R&D, and boasts Fortune 100 companies among its clients. Following significant success, the company reported a 500% increase in annual revenue growth.

Role Overview:

• Manage two DevOps engineers (one senior DevOps currently onboard; hiring an additional DevOps).
• Report to the VP of R&D.
• Perform a high percentage of hands-on work.
• Maintain and develop existing production infrastructure.
• Contribute to a flagship project involving a complete rewrite of the organizational data infrastructure.
• Handle FinOps tasks, including cost optimization.
• Technological Stack: Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, GitLab, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana.

Requirements-

• 5 years in DevOps, with 2 years in leadership.
• Proven success in managing cloud-based infrastructures (AWS a must).
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI), and scripting (Python, Bash). Strong Linux and network management skills.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and cybersecurity tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience with monitoring tools—Prometheus, Grafana
