A startup company in the Storage Security field has developed software to detect security threats in storage infrastructures, aiming to prevent ransomware attacks.

This sought-after solution has already gained paying customers, with additional clients on the waiting list. Among their clientele are hospitals, government entities, the Cybersecurity Authority, the Prime Minister's Office, and more.

The company is located in the Sharon area, with a team of 10 employees and a hybrid work model (3 days from home). They are profit-driven and operate without external investors.

Role Overview:

• Reporting directly to the CEO, the role involves managing the R&D department, which currently comprises three developers and one QA engineer.
• The position includes planning for team growth, with an expectation to scale to a team of 10 in a flat structure (direct management of a large team).
• Initially, 70% of the role involves hands-on development, which will decrease as the team expands.
• Technology Stack .NET Full Stack, React, Pipelines, On-Premises solutions, VMware, NetApp
• Future plans include introducing Node.js and other languages, migrating to Public Cloud, and implementing CI/CD practices aligned with the company's vision.

Requirements -

• Must be a seasoned Full Stack Developer with managerial personality and can-do approach
• Must be a seasoned specialist in Storage and Virtualization with a hands-on and problem-solving approach.
• Proficient in VMware and NetApp – mandatory.
• Proficient in .Net core and react – mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in PowerShell – mandatory.
• Knowledgeable in On-prem product development for Windows/Linux applications.
• Deep understanding of Postgres, RabbitMQ, Advanced installer.
• Proven DevOps Pipeline CI/CD and Automation capabilities.
• 5 years of development experience – mandatory.
• 3 years of team management experience – mandatory.
• BSc in Computer Science – an advantage. - required.
• Previous IT and Cyber Security engineering experience – required.
