Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies for various clients, including corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis, including identifying and mitigating tax risks.
• Advise clients on various complex tax issues, including international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.
• Represent clients in tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in tax law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
