We are a small, well-established IT company delivering top-notch IT services to cutting-edge startup companies. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work onsite with one of our esteemed clients, contributing directly to their IT operations and success.

As a Systems Administrator, you’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting our client’s global workforce and infrastructure. This role involves managing diverse and complex IT environments, including end-user systems and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll be at the forefront of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while managing critical systems and networks.

With the range of advanced technologies we support, the ideal candidate will have the expertise to handle multiple tickets and projects, prioritize effectively, and proactively deliver solutions. We’re looking for a dynamic individual eager to expand their skillset and grow alongside us.

Who You Are:

5+ years as a Windows System Administrator and Troubleshooter.

4+ years of experience with:

• Windows and Mac OS X End-User Administration.
• Office365/Google Workspace Administration.
• PowerShell Scripting and Automation.
• Cloud Management: Azure, Intune, JumpCloud, Okta.
• Networking and Security: Wi-Fi, network equipment, firewalls, EDR, Antivirus, and general security best practices.
• Virtualization: VMware, KVM.

2+ years of experience with:

• Fortigate Administration.
• Active Directory/Microsoft Entra.
• Networking Equipment Setup and Configuration.
• Zabbix Monitoring System Maintenance.
• VMware Administration.

1+ year of experience with:

• Linux Administration and Support.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Manage servers and a server lab environment.
• Oversee user accounts, access permissions, and workstations.
• Provide day-to-day support and solutions through the Helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, identifying and resolving outages.
• Ensure system security through robust access controls, regular backups, and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with the latest releases and technologies.
• Develop and deliver training to staff on new technologies.
• Provide Tier 1 Linux support as needed.
